In 2022, recognizing the hard work of two artists who had been with them since the beginning, Ivan Aleman and Lee Belardo were offered a position to be partners of Bay Ink. Today, Lee runs and operates the Hillcrest location, while Ivan runs the La Jolla location.

Bay Ink Tattoo now boasts three locations throughout San Diego and over 25 artists, each with their unique style and specialization. The shop has become a reference in the community, attracting guests from all over the world.
