What Fine Line Tattooing Actually Is
- Fine line work uses very small needle groupings - often a single needle - to lay down crisp, thin lines with minimal trauma to the skin. It suits botanical and floral pieces, script and lettering, small symbolic tattoos, delicate ornamental patterns, and micro-realism. Because there is less pigment in the skin than a bold traditional tattoo, placement and long-term care matter more.

Pricing
Will a Fine Line Tattoo Age Well?
Our shop minimum is $180. Most small fine line pieces fall near that minimum; larger ornamental or micro-realism work is quoted per project. Deposits run $100 to $500 depending on scale, are non-refundable, and are credited toward your final session. We accept major credit cards, Venmo and cash.
Yes - with the right design and care. Very thin lines placed too close together can blur over the years as ink settles, so our artists space linework to keep your tattoo legible in a decade. Avoid high-friction placements like palms, fingers and feet for very delicate work, keep it out of direct sun, and use SPF 30 or higher once healed.
